Christmas Card

For this Christmas card, I used Photoshop to piece everything together. Through the process of making the card I learned about brusheezy which is a site used to gather new brushes which can enhance a product and make it look better. For my brushes I wanted to create snowflakes, so I searched for snowflakes on the site, picked the ones I liked best and then downloaded them to my network, saving them in a "Brushes" file and then installing them for use on Photoshop. I also had to download and install an appropriate font style for the greeting on my card, so I went onto Dafont.com and selected the Christmas section and then downloaded, saved and installed the font I wanted so I could use it on Photoshop. For the snowman, I used the circle tools and paint brush tools which Photoshop had, and put together the small drawing of the snowman, finishing off my Christmas card.

Heal Brush Tool

BEFORE

AFTER

Using the heal brush tool I was able to clear the girls face and rid her of all her blemishes. For the heal brush tool, I developed the skill of using the different healing tools which Photoshop provides. I basically only used the healing brush tool, which meant I had to select a part of her skin which was clear by using ALT and clicking, and then I clicked over all the places on the skin which needed editing in order to make her face clear.
